Major additions and renovations are designed to be in keeping with the original 1930’s Frazier Peters Dutch colonial. Careful consideration is given to maintaining the low inimate scale of the house. Long sweeping roof lines and asymmetrical roof shapes add to the quirky cottage feel. The interior is designed to have a casual yet sophisticated elegance.
